We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@zarino-originals.net with your order number and a short note about the issue. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@zarino-originals.net within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or a refund. Please do not send the item back before we have assessed the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount you paid for your order will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Because the jewelry itself is $0.00 and you only cover shipping, the refund covers the shipping fee you paid for the returned order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then email us at info@zarino-originals.net and we will look into it.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel, email info@zarino-originals.net as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
