How Our Offer Works
At Zarino Jewellery, every piece of jewelry in our store is priced at $0.00. The crossed-out price you see is the regular retail reference price. You do not pay for the jewelry itself. You just cover shipping, and the piece is yours.
The shipping fee is based on how many pieces are in your order:
- 1 piece: $17.95
- 2 pieces: $29.95
- Each additional piece: +$15.00
Every order is insured and tracked, no matter how many pieces you claim.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch
During peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email us at info@zarino-originals.net as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed, we can no longer change the address.
Delays and Events Beyond Our Control
Zarino Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, or strikes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Because every shipment is insured and tracked, problems are rare. If your tracking shows an issue, or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@zarino-originals.net and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that the carrier has marked as delivered.
